The Coach House is located in the village of Sedgeford, only 4 miles from the many lovely beaches on the coast. It is a very comfortable detached converted barn, neighbouring the owner's home. The property is of an open plan with exposed beams but is still very cosy. The village has pub serving good food. It is Ideally located to benefit from the many local attractions including the numerous RSPB nature reserves, the coastal paths, stately homes including Sandringham and Houghton Hall. In short whether you are a walker, beach enthusiast, bird spotter or just want to get away from it all then this is the place for you.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Into a small hallway.
Shower room: With wc and basin.
Sitting/Dining room: A bright and spacious room with a TV/DVD/Video combo and an electric fire for those winter nights. The dining table will seat 5. Central heating included.
Kitchen: Accessed via a few steps and is well equipped and fitted with: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, stereo. A small table for two.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed up a short flight of stairs on a mezzanine floor.
Outside
An area where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evenings on the terrace.
Parking off road for 1 car.
