Flagstaff Boathouse has undergone significant refurbishment making it an ideal holiday home. However what makes it stand out is the view across the the Staithe, Creek, and marshes at Burnham Overy Staithe. It is literally yards from the water at high tide and therefore offers a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. Reduced rates are available for 2 guests at certain times of the year.
The Boathouse can be rented with Flagstaff Cottage next door via a connecting door.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Shower: An additional separate large shower/wet room with power shower, WC, ideal for stepping into after a long afternoon on the beach or in the sea.
Utility room: With a washing machine and drier.
First Floor
Sitting room: With unrivalled views over the Staithe and comfortable seating for 6 with a TV, Video and DVD.
Kitchen/ Diner: Well equipped with: fridgefreezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with king size bed and views over the staithe.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with views over the staithe.
Bathroom 3: A shared bathroom with a hand held shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
Oil central heating included.

Plenty of off road parking and room for boats.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Burnham Overy Staithe is a small village on the North Norfolk coast with a lovely little harbour, a few boats and a good chandlery. The Hero pub is within walking distance serving great food and beer and who kindly offer Kett Customers an exclusive 10% discount voucher. The coast path leads from the harbour out along the sea wall to the beach. A little way along the coast is the seaside town of Wells-next-the-sea where you can get lovely fresh fish and chips and sit on the quay and watch the fishermen bring in their catch. Or step aboard one of the largest and oldest Dutch barges still in existence, The Albatross, now converted into a bar and restaurant.
