Flagstaff Cottage has undergone a recent refurbishment to a high standard making an ideal holiday home. However what makes it stand out is the view across the the Staithe, Creek, and marshes at Burnham Overy Staithe. The cottage is literally yards from the water at high tide and therefore offers a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. Reduced rates are available for 2 guests at certain times of the year.
The Cottage can be rented with the Boathouse next door via a connecting door.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath with handheld shower over, w.c. and basin.
Bedroom 2: A twin room with ensuite bathroom, hand held shower over bath, w.c. and basin.
Bedroom 3: A twin room.
Shower Room: A large shower/wet room with w.c. and basin, ideal for stepping into straight from the sea.
Utility: A spacious utility room has a washing machine and drier.
First Floor
Sitting Room: This large room extends the length of the property and gives fantastic views out over the Staithe. There is plenty of seating for 8 with a TV, DVD and Video and an open fireplace.
Kitchen/Diner: A dining table to seat 6 and a well equipped kitchen area with: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Oil central heating included.
Outside
A large shared garden.
Plenty of off road parking and space to store boats.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Burnham Overy Staithe is a small village on the North Norfolk coast with a lovely little harbour, a few boats and a good chandlery. The Hero pub is within walking distance serving great food and beer and who kindly offer Kett Customers an exclusive 10% discount voucher. The coast path leads from the harbour out along the sea wall to the beach. A little way along the coast is the seaside town of Wells-next-the-sea where you can get lovely fresh fish and chips and sit on the quay and watch the fishermen bring in their catch. Or step aboard one of the largest and oldest Dutch barges still in existence, The Albatross, now converted into a bar and restaurant.
