Garden Cottage is a delightful property in the village of Ringstead. It has recently been improved with the addition of a shower in the bathroom, new very effective electric heaters and new carpets in the bedrooms and the stairs. The village has a post office and Village shop close by, which is licensed and also has an array of antiques and collectables. The shop also has free wi-fi access. There is also an art gallery and a 15th century pub, 'The Gin Trap', just a short stroll away. Situated in the grounds of the owner's house. Just a stones throw from the village amenities and picturesque coastline, with the sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton and Holme next the Sea just two miles away.
Ground Floor
Sitting Room: With quarry tiled flooring and comfortable seating on sofa and two armchairs, TV, video and music centre.
Dining area: With wooden table and chairs overlooking the lawned garden through French doors.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom with single beds and pine wardrobe.
Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen with: double electric oven, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: A good size double bedroom.
Bathroom: With bath and hand held shower over, freestanding shower, wc and wash basin and new flooring.
Outside
The cottage has an enclosed garden with table and chairs.
Parking off road.
Dogs allowed £20 charge for each.
Heating by new electric heaters included.
