Hares Close is a semi detached modern house built in a traditional brick and flint style. It is situated in the village of Little Snoring, just outside Fakenham and close to Holt and to the coast.
Ground Floor
Kitchen: A fitted kitchen equipped with: electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher.
Sitting room: A comfortable room with lamnate flooring has seating for 5, a TV with Sky+ (Arts), DVD and CD/cassette player. Broadband is also available.
Conservatory: With a dining table, seating for 4 and doors into the garden.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a five foot bed.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom.
Bathroom: With an electric shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
Heating by storage radiators.
Outside
The garden is fully enclosed with lawns and garden furniture is available.
Parking for 2 cars near the house off road.
1 pet allowed (£10 extra).

Little Snoring
A well located village within reach of both Fakenham and Holt, thriving towns nestling in beautiful countryside and is only 5 miles from the coast, with all its obvious delights. Holiday Cottages in North Norfolk range in size and style and Kett Country Cottages have something to suit every taste and budget. Many cottages have features such as open fires, swimming pools and even pet friendly cottages including a nice holiday cottage in Little Snoring.
There is a small post office village shop and a pub serving food in the Little Snoring itself and there are a superb range of shops and places to eat in Holt and a visit to the Thursday market in Fakenham is a must. It is also home to Fakenham Racecourse one of the finest rural National Hunt courses in the country.
