Highfield House is a well presented detached house sitting in a good sized garden at the edge of the village of Wighton, surrounded on two sides by fields and close to the North Norfolk Coast. The property has undergone extensive renovation making it a bright, spacious and modern family home. The village of Wighton, now famous for its annual Scarecrow Festival, is just 2 miles from Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a good pub in the village serving excellent food . The National Cycle Route 1 runs past the house.
Ground Floor
Entrance: A spacious quarry tiled porch area where there is space to hang coats and leave boots. From here is a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor.
Sitting room: Flooring throughout the ground floor is wood laminate or tiles. The sitting room has good contemporary furnishings, comfy seating and a TV with DVD and freeview. There is also a CD player, i-pod docking station and radio, books and games.
Kitchen Dining Room: The dining area is light and spacious and has plenty of room for 8 people. There is a child’s highchair available. The spacious kitchen/kitchen is newly fitted and is equipped with: integral electric oven and microwave, electric hob with extractor over, dishwasher, under-counter fridge.

The gardens surround the house on all sides and are partly paved and part lawns with some mature planting and plenty of garden furniture, a barbeque and garden games
There is ample parking for 3 cars off road and space for boats.

This sleepy village is situated just 2 miles inland from the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea. Wighton There is a pub in the centre of the village which has very interesting and eclectic décor. Wighton is famous for it\'s annual Scarecrow Festival in May.
