The Leveret is a stylish barn, newly built to a high eco friendly specification and has an Air Source heat pump installed. Situated in the village of Ringstead the property is newly furnished and fitted to a high standard to provide a luxury hideaway at any time of the year. It is just a stones throw from the village amenities and picturesque coastline, with the sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton and Holme next the Sea just two miles away. The village of Ringstead has a post office and village shop close by, which is licensed and also has free WiFi access and a maze of rooms with an array of antiques and collectables. There is an art gallery and a 15th century pub, 'The Gin Trap', just a short stroll away.
All Ground Floor
Living Area: A spacious open area with natural stone flooring throughout and oak fixtures. The sitting area has a large sofa with views out to the garden through French doors. The TV has a DVD and Free Sat. There is an MP3 dock and Wi-Fi is also available. The modern fitted kitchen area is well equipped with: built in electric oven, built in microwave, electric hob with extractor over, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine. There is a small dining table by the kitchen area.
Bedroom: With an antique double bed, built in wardrobe and drawers.
Bathroom: The bathroom is ensuite and has a freestanding bath with hand held shower, a w.c. and a hand basin.
The property is heated by an Air Source Heat Pump.
Outside
The garden is terraced with a lawn approached via steps, a paved patio area outside the French doors with garden furniture. Please note that though enclosed the garden is not totally dog proof.
