The Little Place is a small and cosy one storey property near the centre of Gresham.The property is immaculately presented and is ideal for those not wishing to tackle stairs. The quiet village is about a 10 minutes drive from the coast and ideally located for exploring all that the county has to offer. Felbrigg and Blickling Halls are both nearby as are the many RSPB nature reserves. Apart from the beaches at Cromer, Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells there are many good pubs and restaurants in the area including the Wheatsheaf in West Beckham just up the road.

All Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom room - the bed may be unlinked to provide two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Please state when booking if double or twin required.
Bathroom: The new, modern, fitted bathroom has wc, basin and bath - a hair washing attachment on the bath but no shower.
Sitting/Dining room: A good sized room with sofa and chairs and a dining table to seat 4. Electric fire, TV, DVD and radio cassette player. A telephone for incoming calls and 999 only (mobile phone reception is reasonable).
Kitchen: The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, fridge with ice box, microwave, electric oven and hob, convector heater.
Outside
Very effective electric storage heaters.
Parking is off road.

You will find many holiday cottages in North Norfolk, often with child-friendly enclosed gardens, some within walking distance of a village pub and even dog friendly cottages. Kett Country Cottages have a couple of lovely holiday cottages in Gresham.
