No 3 Malthouse Court, in Thornham is a spacious terraced cottage, built approximately 20 years ago in traditional brick and chalk lump (or clunch) style. It is part of a conversion of former farm buildings and sits on the edge of the marsh close to the Norfolk Coastal path. The property has been very tastefully funished to make a comfortable 'home from home'.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Into hallway.
Kitchen: Galley-style kitchen equipped with: electric oven, hob and grill, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
Utility room: Houses a freezer and a washing machine.
Sitting room: The L shaped lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and DVD, ipod docking station, radio and an open fire. There is a small sofa bed to accomodate a 6th guest if they do not wish to share the smaller double bed on the first floor.
Dining room: Double doors lead to the conservatory with views and access to the garden. The large dining table and chairs seat 6. High chair available.

Bedroom 1: A double room with an en suite shower with wc and basin.
Bedroom 2: A twin room.
Bedroom 3: A double room with a 4ft bed.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a bath with a hand held shower, w.c. and basin.
A cot, highchair and stairgate are available.
Outside
The charming enclosed, paved garden is planted with trees and shrubs and has outdoor seating. There is a barbeque for guests use.
Oil central heating included.
Two dogs welcome (2nd dog £10 charge).
Off road parking for 2 cars.

Thornham
Thornham is a pretty village and the perfect base to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. It has a stunning beach and is also close to the beaches at Brancaster, Holme and just a mile from the Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve. Houghton Hall and Sandringham are both a 15 minute drive. There is a pretty church in the village, in which hangs the ship’s bell of the HMS Thornham which was named after the village. There is a village shop, deli, two popular pubs and a pizza restaurant all within walking distance. A short drive along the coast will take you to Drove Orchards farm shop for good quality local produce and delicious homemade apple juice and the amazing Yurt restaurant, serving good food in an unusual and cosy environment.
