No. 3 Manor Grange is an immaculately presented detached house in a quiet courtyard in the village of Syderstone. The house is of modern construction and has recently been fully renovated with tasteful décor and furnishings throughout making a very light and comfortable family home. The village is approximately 10 miles from the coast and has a local pub just a few steps away – serving bar food. Other good pubs with food can be found in the Rudhams, the Creakes, Docking and Bircham, all within 10 minutes drive. Syderstone Common, just a short walk from the cottage is an SSSI and home to the rare Natterjack Toad.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Hallway with cloakroom with w.c. and basin and stairs to 1st Floor. The understairs cupboard holds a good selection of DVDs and videos.
Sitting room: A large comfortable room with double aspect windows, an open fire, TV with a digibox, DVD, Video. Patio doors leads to the garden.
Kitchen/Dining room: A good size sunny room with a table to seat 6. The kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with extractor, Sony sound system, microwave.
Dining room: Seating 6 around a large table.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room with wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 2: A double room with wardrobe and drawers and TV with video.
Bedroom 3: Bunk room with a set of full sized bunk beds.
All bedding is feather filled - Synthetic pillows can be provided if preferred (please state when booking).
Bathroom: Newly fitted family bathroom with freestanding shower, claw footed bath with hand held shower, w.c. and basin.
Outside
Large private enclosed garden benefits from the sun for most of the day and has a decked area, good quality garden furniture and is perfect for a family barbeque. There is also a lovely summer house with a table and church pew style benches and a sofa, ideal for relaxing in during the summer evenings.
Oil central heating included.
Off road parking for 3 cars.
A refundable security deposit is required for this property.
