Marsh End is an end terrace house in a quiet cul de sac close to the church and on the edge of the marsh in Burnham Deepdale. The cottage has just had a significant amount of work done to it including, new linen, carpets, sofas, redecorated throughout and the addition of an extra single room upstairs. The village of Burnham Deepdale has a petrol station a good village shop and a very popular cafe serving very good food, along with other interesting shops. The cottage is right on the coast, within walking distance of the well known White Horse pub and a couple of miles from the village of Burnham Market.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Is into a small lobby where you can hang coats and leave boots this leads into the hallway .
Kitchen: Overlooking the garden has a small breakfast table and is fitted with all modern appliances including: electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
Utility room: Housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sitting room: A large room seats 7/8 on new leather sofas and has a stereo, TV, DVD.
Conservatory: With seating and views over the garden.
Dining room: With a dresser and a table which seats 6 easily.
Cloakroom: With a w.c. and hand basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room with an ensuite shower room with wc.
Bedroom 2: A double room with views over the marsh to the sea.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4: A single room which also has views to the sea.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
Outside
Fully enclosed garden with lawn, shrubs and mature trees. There is garden furniture and a barbeque.
Heating is by very effective electric storage radiators and wall mounted convection heaters.
Parking for 3 cars off road to the side of the house.

Burnham Deepdale
A small village on the coast, a couple of miles from Burnham Market, Burnham Deepdale is incredibly well situated. There is a garage with large local shop, an extremely good café and a selection of interesting shops including a children’s toy shop, Fat Face clothes shop and a pottery and craft shop. Nearby is Brancaster Staithe with it’s lovely harbour and sailing school. You will also find the Fish Shed, selling, amongst other things, fresh fish and hand made sushi! Opposite is the White Horse pub with it’s lovely deck that looks out across the marshes and a little further there is the Jolly Sailors where you can find the perfect pint and jolly good pizzas!
