Meadow Rise is a delightful, compact, ground floor flat within a complex of mixed holiday and residential properties in the village of South Creake. It is an ideal base for a holiday winter or summer and also for a short break to visit the various attractions on offer around. The property is situated behind the popular village pub, The Ostrich which serves good food day and evening. The village is just 5 miles from the coast and has a large village green with a beck running through. There is a child's play area also and a home grown produce stall on the roadside near to the pub.
All Ground Floor
Living Area: Entrance is into the open plan sitting room/kitchen/diner. There are wood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Seating is on comfy sofas in the sitting area and there is pine dining table and chairs, a TV and a DVD player.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen area, though compact has everything you need: built in electric cooker and hob with an extractor, washing machine, fridge-freezer.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with french doors opening onto the rear decked terrace and small garden.
Bedroom 2: Has full size bunk beds and a single bed.
Bathroom: A bath with a shower over, wc and basin.
Outside
A small area of grass to the front of the property, with a table and chairs on the terrace, and a decked terrace with a small private garden to the rear.
Heating by electric storage radiators - included.
Parking on the gravelled car park at the top behind the bungalows.

Great for paddling or watching the ducks. There is a child's playing field and a home-grown produce stall on the roadside near to the pub. The very popular destination of Burnham Market with it's boutiques and restaurants is just 4 miles away.
