Merrileas is a pretty traditional brick and flint cottage near the centre of Gresham. The property is set in a quiet lane and has been completely rennovated and retains many original features and beams giving a real cottage character. The quiet village is about a 10 minutes drive from the coast and ideally located for exploring all that the county has to offer. Felbrigg and Blickling Halls are both nearby as are the many RSPB nature reserves. Apart from the beaches at Cromer, Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells there is plenty for the kids to do from horse riding to cycling to high wire activities at the nearby Treetops centre. There are also many good pubs and restaurants in the area including the Wheatsheaf in West Beckham just up the road.
Ground Floor
Sitting Room: A cosy room with beamed ceiling, comfortably seating and a feature fireplace with a woodburning stove. A CD player is included.
TV / Kids Room: A second small sitting room with a TV with DVD and a double futon for an extra guest.
Kitchen: The new, modern fitted kitchen looks over the garden and is equipped with: electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room with a chest of drawers and a cupboard.
Bedroom 2: A twin room with a chest of drawers.
Bathroom: The separate shower room has a walk in shower and wc and basin.
Outside
The pretty, enclosed garden is laid to lawn with shrubs, and amture trees. Garden furniture is provided.
Off road private parking next to the cottage.
Pets welcome - £10 per dog.

Gresham

You will find many holiday cottages in North Norfolk, often with child-friendly enclosed gardens, some within walking distance of a village pub and even dog friendly cottages. Kett Country Cottages have a couple of lovely holiday cottages in Gresham.
