Set in 1.5 acres of secluded garden with extensive views over farmland, Mill House is a perfect spot for a family holiday. The original house was built in 1811 with later additions and was part of the mill which provided flour for the village of Marsham and the surrounding area. Sadly the mill no longer exists but the house itself sits in a quiet lane just a short drive to the historic city of Norwich, Wroxham and the Broads are just 10 miles away and the North Norfolk coast is also just a short drive. The owners have recently completely renovated the property to provide a very bright and spacious home with good quality furnishings and fittings. Their attention to detail provides everything you would need for a weekend, a week or longer. In addition there is a large hot tub in the garden.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Large modern fitted kitchen with quality fittings and a central island with breakfast stools. It is equipped with: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large electric range style cooker with extractor, microwave.

Dining room: A large room with a table and seating for 8.
Sitting Room: A cosy room with plenty of seating and a woodburning stove for extra winter comfort. A 42 inch TV with Sky + (full package), DVD player and a selection of films for all ages.
Study/Games room: With a full size table football, a Wii console with games and also plenty of books and other games.
Cloakroom: A w.c. with hand basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room with great views over fields.
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with a large walk in shower, twin hand basins and a w.c. There is a large window seat where you can sit and enjoy the view for miles.
Bedroom 3: Twin room with great views.
Bedroom 4: Twin room again with great views.
Bathroom 2: A large family bathroom with feature freestanding bath and hand held shower, a large walk in shower, twin basins and w.c.
Travel cot (recommended up to 3 years old), bed guard and highchair provided.
Outside
Large gardens are completely enclosed and with a paddock behind, also enclosed and ideal for football games etc. There is a 14ft trampoline which is netted and may be used at holidaymakers own risk. A double car port houses a table tennis table and there are lawns and garden furniture and loungers where you can sunbathe or sit out and eat.
A gas barbeque is available.
A small "secret" walled garden has a hot tub close to the house.
Ample off road parking.
