North Lodge has recently been completely renovated and modernised whilst still retaining a cottage feel. It is situated in a quiet position in the small village of Stanhoe, only 5 minutes from Burnham Market and just 10 minutes from the coast. It has a good village pub called The Duck Inn, it has recently changed owners and been refurbished, which serves good food.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: With space for coats and boots.
Sitting/Dining Room: The open plan sitting and dining area has space for 4 to 6 people. There is an open fire and a flat screen TV with FreeSat.
Kitchen: The modern fitted kitchen has double door onto the rear garden. It is well equipped with: electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: Good sized double room looking over the garden with an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath and w.c. and handbasin.
There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor of the property.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: Double room which can be made into a twin room with 2 single beds if required.
Bathroom 2: Bath with hand held shower over, w.c. and handbasin.
Outside
A good sized patio area and a large lawns and mature trees. There is a tennis court for use by prior arrangement with the owner if they are staying in the main house at the time.
Security deposit required.

Oil central heating with underfloor heating downstairs included.

It has a good village pub called The Duck Inn, which has recently changed owners and been refurbished, and which serves very good food. Holiday cottages in North Norfolk range in sizes and many have lovely features such as open fires and wood burners, and Kett Country Cottages have a lovely holiday cottage in Stanhoe.
