The Old Barn is a traditional carrstone building recently converted to provide a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom property. Centrally located in Heacham it is close to the north and south beaches. There are many other local attractions including the Norfolk Lavender centre, Sandringham, Snettisham Park Farm and the Sealife Aquarium in Hunstanton. There are also several local golf courses and RSPB nature reserves. The village of Heacham is reputed to be the largest village in England and as well as the famous Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre there are numerous shops, supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants and beaches, all just a short walk from The Old Barn.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: Large twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a TV, chairs and an ensuite shower room with WC and basin.
First Floor
To get upstairs you walk out of the twin room and within a couple of steps in through the front door and up stairs to the landing.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom.
Shower room: With WC and basin.
Living/Dining/Kitchen: A large open area with a table for 4 and retro style, comfortable seating for 5/6, a TV and video.The well equipped kitchen has: electric 4 ring hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice box. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests use by arrangement.

The pretty garden is a real sun trap and has a small lawn with a patio and garden furniture and loungers.
Reserved off road parking for 1 or 2 cars.
Prices on the availability page are for 4 people. Reductions for 2 people are available at certain times of the year.
The owner can provide towels at a small charge.
If you would like friends to visit during your stay the owners run a very successful B&B next door to the property and would be happy to accomodate them.

Heacham
One of the largest villages in England. As well as the famous Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre there are numerous shops, supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants, and of course there are the beaches. The fine university city of Cambridge is just over an hours drive or take the train from Kings Lynn. Peterborough is just under an hour away. The magnificent cathedral in Ely is only 55 minutes drive.
