How do you fancy sleeping down on the beach and listening to the sea? Old Times is a timber beach bungalow situated just behind the dunes on Heacham South Beach. The property has undergone a complete refurbishment to make a great place for a family beach holiday. With it's new two tier deck you have just fantastic views over the sea and you can sit and watch the sun set over the Wash - or you can watch it rise if you fancy getting up early! The bungalow sleeps 8 in 3 rooms but for additional space or to accommodate more people you have an option to hire the new adjacent static mobile home sleeping 4 people and with it's own facilities. The area is perfect for a beach holiday or for bird watching or walking. There is a cafe and a fish and chip shop by the beach and a pub within walking distance also serving food.
All First Floor:
Wooden steps lead up to a small deck with entrance to the bungalow.
Kitchen: The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave and two under counter fridges, both with ice boxes.
Bedroom 1: leading off the kitchen. A room with two sets of built in bunk beds.
Bathroom: A shared bathroom with a bath with shower over, w.c. and handbasin.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with hand basin. (please note the plan shows a single only but it is a twin).
Sitting/Dining Room: A good sized room with chairs and sofas, a TV with DVD player and a dining table which can extend to seat 8. Door lead into the sunroom.
Bedroom 3: A bedroom with a king size bed.
Sun room: Running the length of the sitting room the sun room has seating and views over the decked area and dunes.
N.B. No heating except electric portable heaters.
Outside: A large 2 tier deck off the sun room with garden furniture and views over the dunes to the sea. A small deck to the front of the bungalow.
Plenty of parking outside the property.
A new static mobile home is also available as an extra to the bungalow giving extra space for more guests or if you require more flexibility or an extra bathroom. This accommodation comprises an open plan sitting/dining kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker and a fridge. The sitting room has a TV and a gas fire. There is a double and a twin bed room with narrow twin beds, a shower room and a separate w.c.
This unit may be hired as an extra to Old Times @ £300 per week. (no dogs please)

Heacham
One of the largest villages in England. As well as the famous Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre there are numerous shops, supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants, and of course there are the beaches. The fine university city of Cambridge is just over an hours drive or take the train from Kings Lynn. Peterborough is just under an hour away. The magnificent cathedral in Ely is only 55 minutes drive.
