Shoemakers Cottage is a delightful seaside cottage set in the very popular village of East Runton. The cottage is situated at the end of a terrace of tradionional flint houses and was formerly a shoemakers cottage and workshop. It is has been completely renovated, retaining many original features to provide a cosy cottage very close to the sea for a break any time of the year. There are 2 pubs a Greek restaurant and good shops all within walking distance and it is on the Coasthopper route so has a good regular bus service all the way along the coast.
Shoemakers Cottage has just been awarded 4 stars by the Tourist Board.
Ground Floor
Sitting Room: a cosy room with a bay window, a TV with freeview and a DVD player. There is a flame effect gas stove for extra warmth.
Kitchen Dining Room: A fitted kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, Fridge with ice box, Microwave, Gas Hob and Electric cooker. The dining table will seat 4.
Bathroom: A bath with a shower over, a w.c. and hand basin.
First Floor
Steep stairs lead to:

A small enclosed front garden has a lawn and a paved area with garden furniture.There is a shed where you can store cyles etc.
Parking space off road for 2 cars to the rear of the property and access to the rear of the property where they is a small open courtyard area.

East Runton
East Runton is a small village on the coast just over a mile from the Victorian seaside town of Cromer. Popular with families, surfers and fossil hunters alike the beach at East Runton is part shingle, part sand with beautiful cliffs. It was in the cliffs that the full remains of a neolithic elephant were found. Despite being small the village is well served with a general store, butchers, fish and chip shop, two pubs serving good food a Greek restarant and a cafe.
