White Cottage is spacious and very well presented with quality furniture offering the occupants more than is usually found in a holiday cottage. It is situated on the edge of the village in the direction of Burnham Market, providing first class restaurants and excellent shopping. The cottage is only a short distance from the coast being 3 or 4 miles from Brancaster with it’s renowned beach. It is also a short drive to Titchwell, for those interested in bird life, also close by you will find Thornham and Wells-next-the-Sea. Docking has a Spar mini–market, a fish and chip shop and The Railway Inn which serves food.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/dining room: Open plan dining area seating six comfortably with a Welsh dresser and separate buffet cupboard, also a radio. The shaker style kitchen is equipped with: fridge-freezer, electric cooker, washer/dryer.
Sitting room: Spacious light and airy room, well furnished with two large leather sofas and armchair, with a Windsor chair, large screen TV and DVD.
First floor
Bedroom 1: Double sized room with 2 full size single beds, double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cupboards each with reading lights.
Bedroom 2: Double room with double bed (captains exit one side in alcove) plus single bed if required, all other bedroom furniture as above.
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with double bed, side cupboards with table lights, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror.
Bathroom: A good size family bathroom with tiled walls and floor, bath with shower unit over, Art Deco style bath, hand basin, w.c.
Outside
Good sized courtyard patio garden with furniture.
Parking for 1 or 2 cars behind a secure double gate. Additional off road parking available.
Well behaved pet by arrangement.
A returnable Security deposit of £100 is payable on this property.

Docking
Well situated for the lovely coast (less than five miles from the sweeping expanse of Brancaster beach) as well as the popular village of Burnham Market (again, five miles away) this village has a good pub, local shop (and post office) and convenient fish and chip shop! Fishing is available in the village. Day ticket may be obtained from the local garage. The village has a large playing field with childrens play area, tennis court and bowling green. Kett Country Cottages have some really great holiday cottages in Docking. Amongst other things there are pet friendly cottages and cottages within walking distance of the pub! Play a game of golf at Hunstanton or Brancaster less than 10 minutes away.
There is also an interesting vintage clothing shop, tea room and even a tattoo studio should the fancy take you. How about an ‘I Love Norfolk’ tattoo?!
