Wolds End is a pretty, detached traditional chalk and flint cottage set in the very popular village of Brancaster.  The village has a good village shop and a pubs serving food. Apart from the beaches, the golf club and sailing, the RSPB Titchwell reserve is 5 minutes away in the car. Burnham Market with its numerous shops, cafes, pub and very good restaurant is about 4 miles. Away from the coast, both Sandringham and Houghton Hall are nearby as are other numerous attractions for children and adults. 

Ground Floor

Sitting Room: Sunny south facing sitting room with feature fireplace with an electric flame effect fire and a TV. The stable door may be opened to let in the sun.
Dining Room: Beamed dining room with dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There is a fridge and freezer in here.
Kitchen: Galley kitchen overlooking the garden and has a small breakfast bar. Well equipped with: electric oven and hob with extractor, dishwasher and microwave oven.
Utility:  Washing machine, dryer and a clothes airer.
Shower/wet room: Large shower with w.c. and basin downstairs - ideal when you return from the beach.

First Floor

Landing: Stairgate at the top of the stairs.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over.
Bedroom 2: Double room with en-suite w.c. and basin.
Bedroom 3: Children's room with bunk beds and wash basin (not suitable for 2 adults).
Bedroom 4: Second children's room with bunk bed and wash basin (not suitable for 2 adults).

Outside

Large rear garden with lawn with shrubs and trees. A paved area has garden furniture and a barbeque. There is a small child’s play house.

Parking at front on gravel drive for 3 cars.

Oil central heating included.

Brancaster

Brancaster, and next door Brancaster Staithe, can be found along the coastal road, half way between Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea, and are two very popular Norfolk villages that are well worth a visit. Brancaster boasts a wonderful beach which stretches for miles and this is also where the golf club is based – teeing off with views over the sea is a treat for any golfer! There is a very good village shop and the newly refurbished Ship Inn is a fantastic place to enjoy good food after a day of sightseeing along this idyllic part of the Norfolk coast. Kett Country Cottages have a number of holiday properties in this area with undoubtedly have one that will suit all your requirements.

Brancaster Staithe has a harbour, sailing club and two great pubs – The White Horse and The Jolly Sailors. These two villages are very popular and are lively and fun whatever time of year you chose to visit. Life here centres on the harbour and its thriving sailing and fishing community and the area is renowned for its delicious mussels – a speciality here.

There is much to do and see in this part of the county, with beautiful beaches, Scolt Head Island where the seals make their home, salt marshes and bird life. The coastal path which runs for forty seven miles along the North Norfolk coast can be picked up here so you can easily walk to and from as many (or as few!) villages as you like. Many people choose this area to come and photograph or paint and there are many exhibitions and courses based here throughout the year.
