Situated on the Sandringham Estate, Great Bircham is a pretty little village a few miles inland from the coast and 8 miles from the popular village of Burnham Market.

Home to the wonderful Great Bircham Windmill, considered one of the best preserved Windmills still remaining. They have many fun events throughout the year and on windy days you can see the sails and the milling machinery turning. Bircham Tofts is a tiny hamlet just half a mile from the main village. There is a very picturesque duck pond and the ivy clad remains of the church in a field close by.

The village of Great Bircham has a good farm shop with deli, post office, a church, St Marys and the Kings Head Hotel with award winning restaurant. you will find a popular pub, The Kings Head who offer a 5% discount on all food and drinks for people staying at our Flint Cottage.
