This lovely little coastal village is located just a few miles from the popular Georgian town of Holt and also from the quaint seaside town of Sheringham. Salthouse is ideal for exploring North Norfolk's wildlife, birdwatching, sailing, wonderful walking, beaches, countryside and coastal attractions. The village has a very popular pub serving good food and there is also the now famous "Cookies Crab Shop" serving delicious seafood. The village store - next door - has just re opened with lots of local and organic produce, cakes, meats and sausages, plus logs for the fire.
