Pet Friendly Cottages
Boarding up a pet or getting a pet sitter while you go on your holiday can be expensive, that’s why Kett Country Cottages offer a number of cottages that accommodate pet owners. While some properties are dog specific, many of our cottages allow pets of all species, from cats to caged birds, with the owner’s approval.
Kett’s pet-friendly cottages, designed to feel like home, offer ample space for people and pets to relax. The Lilly Cottage in South Creake is perfect for a large family holiday, sleeping seven and featuring a spacious living room, a patio area outside of the kitchen that leads to a garden, and another garden that runs down to a small stream. Recently redecorated Balblair in Thornham is perfect for a family reunion - pets and all - as it sits on property with six similar cottages. However, the enclosed garden has a high-reaching wall and fencing for privacy and the safety of pets too.
Large families may also enjoy the Kingfisher Lodge in Frettenham, which has a large deck area surrounded by acres of grounds for children and pets to play. Like most pet-friendly cottages—though not all - there is a fee for the first pet (£15) to stay at Kingfisher, but the owners also allow a second pet for an additional £10.
