North and North East Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley, Overstrand and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. The Norfolk Broads are only a short distance and are perfect for boating and fishing throughout the year.
Dingley Dell is a brand new barn conversion on the outskirts of the village of Corpusty in North Norfolk. The village is ideally placed to explore the surrounding countryside with Holt only 7 miles away and Blakeney just a few miles further on the coast. Sheringham and Cromer are 15-20 minutes drive. There are numerous nature reserves in the area as well as a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Houghton Hall and of course Sandringham. The village has a good shop and pub, and there are many other good pubs in the local area.
The cottage is in immaculate condition and has a very spacious downstairs with an open plan sitting room leading through to large kitchen diner. The sitting room has seating for 4/5 a TV/Video combo with Freeview box, CD player and door into the garden. The kitchen diner has a brand new well equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. The dining table has room for at least 6 and looks out over the garden. There is a cloakroom downstairs with w.c and basin. Access into the garden from the dining area.
Upstairs there is a double room and a twin room with storage space for clothes and a family bathroom with a handheld shower and wc.
The fully enclosed garden is laid to lawn with shrubs. There is a paved terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
