We were very satisfied with the service received from yourselves when booking the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated with everything we needed – we hope to visit Norfolk again.

I did submit a feedback from yesterday but just wanted to add how appreciative we were to find a lovely bottle of wine and a carton of milk in the fridge on our arrival.
We also had to speak to the owner on the first evening who was extremely charming and helpful even leaving a message as we were cut off with his mobile number should we need to speak to him the following day as he would be attending a wedding.

The property was outstanding, I have stayed in many holiday lets and this one was by far the best. It was so well equipped and located.

We loved our stay at Cart Lodge, we felt we were in France - it was so peaceful and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated.

We had a really happy week and it was good dealing with a company that knew both the property and the owners well. The cottage was excellent, central and very well appointed.  The welcome wine, chocolates and card are a nice touch.  A lovely part of the world.

We were absolutely delighted with Thompsons Cottage. It has been renovated to a very high standard and whenever we want to stay in Norfolk again, we won't hesitate to check on the availability of this property. We are regular visitors to north Norfolk, but mainly for day trips, now we will be able to stay more often.

Old Mill Barn Lower Gresham was an amazing find and highly recommended - the accommodation was at least 5 star and the finishing touches made it a really special place to be. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. The website was easy to browse and each property was clearly listed with information about the house, the location and what equipment etc would be available. I called on a couple of occasions and my queries were quickly answered without fault being put on me, members of staff were polite and helpful.

We loved the house we stayed in. It was as we expected in terms of size, location and things that were available.

The house was beautifully decorated and roomy for six people and the dog. The location was great as we didn't need to use the car as everything was within walking distance, many thanks for a great holiday.

Highfield House is a hidden gem of a property! The furnishings and fittings throughout are of a very high standard - we didn't want for anything!

We had a wonderful stay and definitely hope to return to Walnut Tree Cottage. Its a beautiful house that certainly gives the impression that it's loved and cared for by its owner. It had a great home from home feel and we had a really relaxing time there. Thank you again!

We(7 adults and 4 children)had a brilliant weekend at this lovely property. The property was perfect, lots of space and well equipped.We thoroughly enjoyed being there. It is in a great location and we loved being down a long driveway as it felt very safe with the children and it was very peaceful,as off the road. We would go again.

We have had a wonderful fortnight at Valley Cottage with its pleasing decor and delightful gardens.  We have relaxed in the drawing room with the wood fire and enjoyed our meals in the spacious dining room.  The beds were very comfortable and we so enjoyed the cotton sheets.  The village is picturesque and the village store excellent.  We have walked every day in this area and Valley Cottage has been so well placed for all our excursions
