Here is a stylish barn conversion situated on the owners’ farm on the outskirts of a pretty village. An ideal base for a family looking to enjoy a holiday near the northern coast of Norfolk, this lovely property retains plenty of original features including exposed beams and brickwork. The cottage has three comfy bedrooms, a spacious lounge/diner, a bright kitchen / breakfast room, a bathroom, en-suite shower room, separate WC and an enclosed patio ideal for eating outdoors. The property is one of a pair of cottages with indoor table tennis, a large play area for children and access to the meadow opposite.

Set in a beautiful rural location, with chickens, geese and horses nearby, this perfect country retreat lies near the picturesque village of Corpusty which boasts an art gallery, shop and pub. You can also enjoy a walk in the water meadows: abundant with wildlife.

Coastal villages including Wells-next-the-Sea (17 miles), Blakeney (12 miles) and Sheringham (11 miles) offer golden sandy beaches, or you could visit nature reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham (both 29 miles). Nearby towns worth a visit include Holt (7 miles) and Norwich (17 miles). The Norfolk Broads are just 20 miles away.

We have been holidaying at Otter Barn since 2015. The property is well equipped and very clean. The owners are always welcoming and we will continue to holiday here.

This was our 4th visit to this holiday property and weve always found the accommodation excellent and well kept. The owner Mr and Mrs Casburn are very welcoming and on hand if needed. Corpusty is in a small village, very quiet and relaxing. Our favourite town of Holt is just 6miles away and offers a variety of shops, tea rooms, also Byfords restaurRead moreant and deli. Also near by is the Blickling estate, which has a lot to offer and well worth a visit. Hide

We have just come home after a lovely weeks holiday in Otter Barn. The cottage is lovely, clean and comfy, with everything you need for your stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and it's quick and easy to get to a number of places, including the North Norfolk Coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 1 dog. The property is beautiful and well equipped with all the essentials. Lovely secure garden for the dog. The owners are lovely and happy to chat but also leave you to enjoy your stay. Great location for day trips out to explore North Norfolk. Otter Barn is really lovely, well equiped, comfortable and so very clean. The owners, Tina & Nick are so welcoming. The village is small but a good central location for getting around Norfolk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Otter Barn. The owners are lovely, the property is really nice and it's in the perfect spot to explore north Norfolk. If you have a dog with you there's plenty of space within the boundaries of the plot in which the property sits to walk them. Lovely cottage ! spacious, warm and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Lovely owners happy to chat. Short walk into the village to a spar shop, play area and lovely little pub serving delicious meals at reasonable prices.

Excellent accommodation, modern converted barn but with lots of character.Spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Nice garden and outdoor space . Set in nice little village easy to walk to the pub and SPAR , Convenient as a base to travel around .Warm and welcoming owners. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic barn conversion in a beautiful village setting. Close to many attractions and yet having that rural feel, we would love to return one day. Very welcoming hosts and a very well equipped and clean property really couldnt fault it thank you for a wonderful visit.

What a lovely place to stay, in such a tranquil setting. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen should you wish to cook a meal or two. It was lovely and clean, everything you need for a break away for a week or two. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. Lovely week spent at Otter Barn. Great location on the owners farm with a nice meadow for the dog. Very friendly owners who were there to greet us but allowed us to enjoy our holiday without bothering us.
