A quaint end-of-terrace cottage with a traditional brick-and-flint exterior, this is a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day. The bright lounge has a TV/DVD, as well as a log-effect fire which keeps the room lovely and cosy on cold days. Two peaceful bedrooms upstairs ensure that everyone gets a good night’s sleep, whilst outside there is an enclosed garden with a seating area and a BBQ.
Northrepps is a pretty village in North Norfolk with a welcoming pub in the village centre and a well-regarded restaurant just outside the village, just a mile from the property. A walk along quiet footpaths brings guests to the beach at Overstrand, an attractive sandy beach just 1.5 miles from Loke Cottage which is quieter than its near-neighbour Cromer.
This whole area of North-East Norfolk is a delightful spot for enjoying a relaxed seaside holiday. The resort town of Cromer with its vast sandy beaches and Grade II listed pier is located just three miles north of the cottage, whilst the picturesque gardens of Sheringham Hall and the beautiful 17th century manor house at Felbrigg Hall are both managed by the National Trust and lie within seven miles of Loke Cottage.
