Set 1 mile from Cromer town centre, the property is within walking distance of the sandy beach, pier, and cafes, whilst still offering all the benefits of a quiet residential area. For those who enjoy a round of golf, Cromer Royal Golf Course is just a 0.5-mile stroll from the property, whilst the Amazona Zoo, less than a mile away, is home to over 200 tropical South American animals.

What an amazing place to stay. The house was clean comfortable and very well equipped with high quality items. The hot tub was fantastic. Even though it was a "dog friendly ' property, on arrival it smelt fresh and clean, which cannot always be said of properties these days. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage... Everything available for you. Stair gate was a good idea, stopped my dogs from trying to come upstairs.. Washing machine was a good touch too especially on a rainy day. Bit far for me to walk to the beach because of my walking difficulties, but a beautiful home from home.

Perfect location for dog walks and walking into Cromer. Fern House is fitted out with high quality kitchen equipment and furniture. We loved staying here with elderly parents, and two retrievers. The hot tub was perfect after a day long walks. We would definitely stay there again!

Wow. Fern House was absolutely brilliant for us, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The property is beautiful with every facility, appliance, and home comfort thought of and included. Beautiful place to stay. Equipped with everything you can think of. Garden was very secure for our four legged friends. Lovely walks in the surrounding area. Would 100% recommend for anyone considering a break here!

Lovely property very peaceful location handy for the town a 20 minute walk. Comfy sofas and beds, lovely walk in shower and bathroom with under floor heating. Nice sunny garden with furniture to enjoy the sun when we get any and very secure if you have dogs

Absolutely spot on Cottage with hot tub. Has everything you can think of and more. Very clean and comfortable. Each settee reclined very comfortable. Radios, music, books, games even a wii for entertainment. Town centre has a car park lots of shops. The beach at this time of year was empty, my 2 dogs really enjoyed the freedom. Outstanding property, very comfortable especially with the new leather recliners, it has everything you would need and the hottub was a pleasant treat at the end of a 8hr drive to get there or after a day walking / shopping. Excellent property. Well furnished, well equipped and very comfy. We used the car to go down into Cromer, its a good 40 minute walk back uphill. Seriously considering a longer stay next year.

The only tiny negative with the house was the insects & debris from the vines over the outside table & chairs. Would probably be better removing vines & putting a parasol in the table for shade. Other than that we had a fabulous week & the house was lovely, comfy, clean & well equipped. Welcome pack very thoughtful, thankyou.

Cottage is very comfortable with access to good walks and the town centre. The Red Lion Hotel & The Cromer Country Club serve excellent food. Excellent butcher & bakers in Cromet.

What a great property, the owners have really gone out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy a break away and very clear communication for smooth stay! Me, my mum and the dogs loved it. Not too far away from lovely walks in the woods and amenities. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely holiday, good spare and lovely garden. Had everything we needed and it has a great spacious downstairs bathroom, and great downstairs bedroom, very comfortable bed.

Fern House has been beautifully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Everything you could possible need has been provided by the owners. The hot tub is wonderful and was a glorious way to relax after a day walking by the coast. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you.

The property is beautifully furnished and is well equipped. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed staying there for a weekend. Dog friendly small secure garden. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable for 4 of us. The front driveway is quite small and awkward to get onto but didnt cause a real problem but maybe would with large cars. Fern House definitely has the WOW factor, when you step inside the front door you can see how much care has been taken to decorate to a high standard, and Mary has equipped the property with everything that you need. The hot tub is one of the best we have had and we even made use of it in the sleet!
