This cottage is very cosy and well equipped. Peaceful, quiet rural location yet well positioned for exploring The Broads , North Norfolk Coast and Norwich. Helpful friendly, but non intuitive hosts. Dog friendly with small fully enclosed garden.

As stated the cottage was very clean on arrival and as there were only myself and wife + the dog we found it very comfortable. I did find the duvet to warm but that is a personal preference.

The property was ideally situated for beaches, pretty villages, yourust attractions and a few National Trust places which were of interest to us. The cottage itself is charming and in a beautiful location. The owners were friendly but unobtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's break, despite the inclement weather!

A very well thought out farm building conversion in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The Old Stable is ideal for exploring Norfolk and is a warm and comfortable base to return to at the end of the day. Even the dog was able to have some freedom to relax in the small enclosed garden.

Location is great for getting to different places around norfolk. Overall I would say this cottage is adequate. It's advertised as dog friendly but I would say it's least dog friendly place we've been to and lots of rules around the property. Our dog enjoyed the small enclosed garden though as well as my daughter. It's worth noting that there is noRead more shops or pubs etc nearby so everything is driving distance which we didn't mind at all also no bbqs allowed in garden! Hide

We spent a lovely week at the Old Stables. The converted building, to the rear of the main house, is a thoughtful blend of original features and modern updates. There were 2 of us plus our Norfolk Terrier. We found the accommodation welcoming, warm, cosy, and well equipped (change in plans meant we cooked-in almost every night).
