Set within the grounds of a thriving pub, this modern cottage offers a slice of village life within easy reach of the Norfolk coast. Inside, a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been tastefully decorated with wooden flooring, pine furniture and shaker style units. When you’re not relaxing on the comfortable corner sofa, sit and watch the world go by from the bench outside. Perfect for romantic breaks close to the Broads.

With a popular pub on the doorstep, you will never be far from a delicious hearty meal or reviving drink. The village of Worstead is also home to a magnificent 14th century church together with an annual summer festival, while the surrounding countryside offers plenty of scenic routes for walking or cycling.

Take to the Broads (17 miles) to explore the countryside from the water, stopping at waterside pubs for food and drink along the way. Visit the seal colonies at Horsey (14 miles) or take to the sands at Happisburgh (7 miles) or Waxham (11 miles). Further afield, the historic city of Norwich (13 miles) boasts cafes, restaurants and shops plus a selection of museums and galleries.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable based in the heart of the village. Ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. The local pub served great food and the locals were friendly.

Quiet village location. Accommodation next to church which loudly chimes the hour every hour throughout the night. Disturbed sleep for first few nights. Twenty minute drive to nearest coast. Everything was perfect ,spotlessly clean everything was there for us to cook even though we only had a few meals in the cottage ,had we wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped,it was lovely to hear the church bells but we didnt notice them at night ,the White Lady was a few steps away and the food and service and friendliness were perfect ,we Read morewould definitely stay there again . Very good location half way between Norwich and Cromer and well placed for Wroxham, the Broads and Bure Valley railway (and Great Yarmouth Races!). Clean and comfortable. Shower base needs attention but otherwise all fine and spacious.

Lovely clean property in a nice location. Church bells ring on the hour every hour. The church is right behind the property. Bed was not the best for us. Very soft . People at the pub very nice and friendly. Pub food was excellent

We just had 7 nights at church view stables, we had an amazing time, it was spacious, clean, it was the perfect place to destress after a busy time at work. Wonderful location, extremely quiet, there is so mich to do outside the village. This was our first family holiday with our baby. It was perfect for what we needed. It fully met and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and tidy. It was nice and quiet. Our apartment was large and well appointed, spotlessly clean and wonderful value for money. Dennis the owner was very friendly and extremely helpful. It was such a quiet location and only the birds and the church bells could be heard. The apartment is very close to the church but we found the sound of the bells to be relaxing. As previous reviewers have mentioned, there is an issue with the shower tray. We sent a text to the owner who thanked us for pointing it out so hopefully there is a fix on the way for that. The cottage was lovely and clean with nice bedding and towels and had all the utensils you would need. Not that we did any cooking, that's the point of a holidaRead morey, sample the local pubs and cafes!! The location suited us being in the middle of where we wanted to go, from Norwich to Sheringham, to the broads. Hide

Great location in easy reach of city, broad and coast. Lovely cottage more spacious than expected great lo. Parking is adjacent to cottage but customers at the pub so park there sometime. Soon the pub will be serving food again which would be great for those staying there.

Lovely and clean property with plenty of room, light, airy and clean. The only down point was the mattress on the bed is past it's best and not very comfortable. Shame the pup doesn't serve food but found a couple of good ones not too far away.

Lovely cottage, great location with a friendly and helpful owner. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable one weve ever slept in and very noisy. We both had bad back ache and left a day early because of this. The shower was like a bouncy castle, bad news if youre disabled and the wash basin was very small and hard to shave from, I flooded the bRead moreathroom floor every morning.
