Set on one level, this lovely link-detached barn comprises a light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner; a charming bedroom with an antique-style double bed, and a wonderful bathroom featuring a Victorian-style roll-top bath. There’s also a delightful enclosed garden with a large lawn, fruit trees, furniture and BBQ.

This is a lovely secluded spot, perfect for exploring beautiful countryside and enjoying the big skies Norfolk is famous for. Banham Zoo, a 50-acre site with over 2,000 animals, is just a mile away from the cottage.

There are many fantastic attractions in this beautiful part of Norfolk, including Thetford Forest (21 miles), which offers glorious walking and biking opportunities, outdoor events and live music. Motorsport fans can visit Snetterton Race Circuit (7 miles), or you could head to the Norfolk Broads for more tranquil pleasures (32 miles). The vibrant city of Norwich is 22 miles away, or you could explore the coast, with Lowestoft 39 miles away

Nice place all favilities available literally home from home, garden is beautiful and lots of space for dogs to have a stretch. Shop n pub in close proximity however easier to go by car as there isn't a suitable walking path. Would recommend knittishall heath for walking, the dogs loved it.

Beautiful barn cottage with comfortable bed and quiet location within 5 minutes of local shop and delicatessen and local fish and chip shop. Within distance of 3 lovely garden centres. Have returned 3 times . Hosts on hand for anything.

We could not have wished for better. Everything was lovely for us and our dog. She played with the owners dog and had fun with the neighbours dog seeing each other through the hedge ' exerting back and forth happily. Lovely property and good location to get around many lovely walks. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay in what is a comfortable warm and welcoming cottage.The bath was amazing and lots of constant hot water. The owner was really friendly and helpful and it was a lovely surprise to see the milk in the fridge,an Easter egg some biscuits and a treat for our dog. Lovely cosy cottage with all mod cons , very warm . Location was good but the road although not busy was very fast so not happy to walk to the village - only few minutes by car . Plenty of places to walk the dog around and about .0

The cottage was warm and cosy. Explored little Norfolk villages nearby and enjoyed lovely forest walks with our dog. Norwich was within easy driving distance.

This was a well equipped and clean property. We stayed here with our dog to get away from the fireworks on new years eve. The garden was at the front of the property and was apart of a shared driveway with the owners. As long as the gate to the road was closed, you could let you dog off its leash. This was not so easy in the dark. Maybe section offRead more a smaller area outside cottage entrance to make it more private ? Its location was great to access Suffolk / Norfolk attractions. Really lovely cottage, well equipped and cosy. Hosts were brilliant, always quick to answer a text but very respectful of our privacy. The shared driveway wasnt an issue and the enclosed garden was great for our dog. Lovely welcome gift too.

Having decided late to have a week away to celebrate our anniversary I could not have picked a better place, very romantic and relaxing, well equipped and very clean and super comfy bed, lovely hosts on hand if you were to need anything, feels remote but easy to get to attractions, great garden [our dog loved it] and lovely welcome treats and floweRead morers on arrival- even for our dog. Lovely cosy cottage in a great location close to lots of places to visit. Our dog loved the garden and we closed the main gate when we were in. The cottage is in the grounds of the main house but it has it's own garden but the main gate is used by all, so you just need to pop your dog on a lea or keep in the cottage for a couple of minutes. Very cosy and comfortable, a good base for exploring the area. Thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, treats for us and dog and milk were appreciated. Our dog loved the large grassy space at the front.

Nice edge of village location, but the road was surprisingly busy. The garden could only be enclosed by closing the main gate, which could impede access. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped.

Loved our stay! It was the little touches that made us enjoy it straight away with cookies and dog treats left out for us on arrival. Takeaway recommendations that were left for us were also much welcomed! Owners were also non intrusive. The accommodation was great inside, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Great weekend break in a lovely cottage in rural Norfolk Cottage was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed Underfloor heating kept temperate comforatable and the log burner addded extra warmth when needed The Bottle of wine and chocolates left by the owner was a nice surprise

A lovely cosy and warm barn. Great enclosed garden with a useful car port. Very private and quiet. We really enjoyed the stove which was welcoming following long walks on the broads and fens. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The owners were friendly and non=intrusive.

Arrived on Christmas Eve to this lovely cottage, it was cosy, with a well equipt Kitchen. Bed was comfy & towels were provided, there was a bottle of wine, mincepies & milk along with tea & coffee was left for us......Thank you! Unfortunately due to a medical issue we left a day early which was a shame.
