This farmhouse is a stunning property for up to ten guests, situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Located on a private estate, this charming house was fully renovated in 2018 to provide a perfect destination for a large family get-together or celebration. The property has five cosy bedrooms, two attractive lounges, a spacious and elegantly designed open-plan kitchen/diner with snug area and a bathroom, en-suite bathroom and separate WC. The farmhouse also has an enclosed lawn, a wooded area and an orchard area where you can dine alfresco. There’s also a small barn with a games room.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads, this wonderful farmhouse is ideal for exploring the tranquil waterways of this fantastic area. You can hire a boat, explore the quaint villages and pass by wild reed beds and windmills. Wroxham is just a couple of miles away, and the popular BeWILDerwood Adventure Park is even nearer.

The vibrant cathedral city of Norwich (9 miles) is steeped in history with much to see, and has a variety of great pubs, restaurants and shops. You could also head to the beautiful Norfolk coast, with both Cromer and Great Yarmouth within 20 miles.

We stayed for Xmas and the house was great for our needs. All the bedrooms were a good size, especially the main with an ensuite and the space downstairs was really good. Kitchen was well stocked (single oven) and it was nice to see basic supplies there, although unclear if they're provided or left by previous guests. The house is very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the garden and the games room. It is in a handy location for the beach and various other attractions. Wroxham has useful shops and a lovely vet, should you need one. We had a great time.

Loved the property, very comfortable and plenty of space. All the equipment is of a good spec, we had everything we needed to cater for 7 adults and 2 children. Lovely touch leaving milk and tea bags for our arrival. Beds are comfortable, it is quiet and peaceful making sleeping very restful. I would highly recommend a stay at Orchard Farmhouse - it was impeccably clean, spacious and the owner has clearly put a lot of thought in to providing all of the essentials. There were 10 of us plus a dog and we never felt like we were on top of each other.
