Located in a delightful village in the heart of Norfolk, Beechcroft is a spacious bungalow which was beautifully renovated in 2018 with a stylish interior and furnishings. The property features three comfy bedrooms, a light and spacious lounge, a bright and elegantly designed kitchen/diner, a games room with pool table and dartboard, and a bathroom plus en-suite shower room. There’s also an impressive enclosed garden with generous grounds for kids (or dogs) to play in, and with a fantastic patio ideal for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining.

The property is set in the picturesque village of Horningtoft, one of many pretty villages in the immediate area, ideal for enjoying delightful country walks. Fakenham, home of a popular market and the Fakenham Races, is just 5 miles away and offers a great choice of pubs, restaurants and shops.

This is a perfect base for exploring both the lovely Norfolk countryside and the stunning northern coast, with idyllic seaside towns including Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney within 20 miles. Larger towns include Sheringham (26 miles) and Cromer (29 miles): famous for freshly caught seafood and end-of-the-pier entertainment. The beautiful Norfolk Broads, with their diverse wildlife and magical waterways, are 28 miles away.

A lovely bungalow in a quiet location this is our 2nd holiday here. The bungalow is well equipped, very comfortable the garden is fantastic fully enclosed and there is a games room when the weather's not great. A fabulous place to stay.

As per the guest book in cottage - great weather, lovely garden (played ptanque) Visit Brisley Bell Inn - excellent Recommend the following trips Sandringham Estate, Wells next the Sea, Holt, North Norfolk Steam Train from Holt to Sheringham, Brancaster Beach & we were luck with end of June Royal Norfolk Show.

absolutely first class property the best we have been in it is the only one what we have returned to in the 30 plus years of holidaying together. We were at Beechcroft the same time last year and had a great time..Bungalow is lovely and grounds are spectacular it is like being in a park it is so big and fully enclosed so you can relax knowing the dRead moreogs can't escape. Warm, cosy, peaceful and relaxing. This spacious property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay for up to six people with spotlessly clean bedrooms, living room and kitchen/diner. The huge garden is an absolute dream for energetic dogs and children to burn off some energy and there are toys and games provided. Cottage was beautifully presented and in the ideal location for our needs. Garden was fantastic, our dogs loved the size and freedom it offered. Owners were easily contactable and very prompt in dealing with any queries.

Would definitely recommend cottage as its in a perfect location for families wishing to explore Norfolk. The cottage is also ideal for families with children and dogs as there is a huge garden. Welcome pack was most appreciated.

WOW I booked this to celebrate 30th and 60th for myself and one of our daughters. On arrival the Bungalow was very warm and spacious it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our week's stay at this well appointed bungalow (cottage) in a location central to a number of areas suitable for visits. Although we were four adults with no children or dogs, we agree with others that the cottage, & it's garden, were ideal for families with both or either. The welcome pack for the humans as well as the dogs was excellent. The property was absolutely spotless. The kitchen appliances worked perfectly so cooking was a pleasure and it had everything needed for the perfect meal. The garden was totally secure for the small dogs and was massive. Beechcroft is an amazing place to stay. Spacious ,light and airy and and had everything we needed and more. Fantastic property lovely location our dog thoroughly enjoyed the extensive gardens it was just perfect in every way already sorting out dates to go back. The owner was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble the welcome pack for us and our dog was lovely including towels for the dog

The location suits us perfectly as it is completely private and dogs love it. Very friendly owners and contactable should you need anything during stay. We have been going now for years and really enjoy our stay and we don't mind driving to beaches then escaping back after to a quiet retreat.

Beechcroft was everything we thought it would be, we chose the bungalow because of the size of the enclosed garden which is enormous and our dogs loved it, despite the atrocious weather we had, plenty of running around, they slept well every night lol. It's a stunning cottage. Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Rates to one of the best I have ever stayed in. Being winter we were unable to take advantage of the most beautiful gardens, boarding on the size of a small stately home. So quiet and peaceful. We loved the cottage. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very comfortable inside. The games room was a real bonus. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the large outdoor space. The cottage is on a quiet road. We drove to the coast a few times which took about half an hour.

An absolute gem of a property in a lovely quiet area, but within easy reach of some great places to visit. Our second visit to Beechcroft and it was just as great! Our group consisted of 3 generations, with plenty of space for everyone! The owners have everything absolutely spot-on!

Had a lovely week at Beechcroft, very spacious, comfortable and very clean with a fantastic garden, our dog loved it. Rural location is lovely, peaceful and relaxing but easy to reach all attractions. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future
