An extraordinary view out to sea makes a grand statement for this traditional brick and flint end terrace cottage. A perfect base for the whole family to hide out while tripping up and down the coast or lazing away the holiday on sandy shores, it's been decorated in neutral tones to create a contemporary dreamy escape.

Stroll the couple of hundred yards to the beach or head down the road and you'll find the village centre. If you're in need of a lazy, relaxing holiday beside the sea then this cottage is a dream come true. Kids can dig moats that lead down to the lapping waves and allow seawater to rush around the edges of their sandcastles.

Share a picnic together on the beach and if you forget the sun cream it's only a short dash back to collect it from the cottage. As evening descends enjoy a pub dinner in the centre of the village. Take a couple of days out to explore further and you can discover the Norfolk Broads, 20 miles away, and Cromer that is less than a 7-mile drive.

Had a lovely stay at Beach cottage, lovely location overlooking sea, very comfortable and warm, has all you need for a stay. Very relaxing going to sleep listening to the sea. Great bus routes from Mundesley, bus stop at gold park entrance High street. The Ship Pub 5 minute walk away busy at weekends hard to get table in restaurant but several in bRead morear area. Haig club bit further up the road 2 per person for a week membership, you save that on the first round, very cheap. will be back Hide

Location fantastic but the cottage is in urgent need of an update. Can't understand why it is twin bedded plenty of room for a double or king size. Still no Wifi which I understand some people don't mind.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage - the photos don't do it justice. Lovely, comfortable, spacious cottage in a superb location with stunning views. Basic amenities in both the cottage and village but ideal for a quiet, restful break. Would definitely return

Great location with sea views . Lovely cottage and so much to do nearby. The beaches are amazing. Grand kids loved watching the seals bobbing up and down along the coast and on the beach at Horsey Gap.

In my opinion this cottage is worth more than 3*. Ok you don't get wi fi, a dishwasher, satellite TV or a fancy welcome pack. However it is a very clean, well equipped and charming cottage in a stunning location and very close to all the amenities you should need for a holiday at the seaside.

This cottage is lovely. Its well appointed, looking over a grass area to a view of the sea and a coastal walk is just on the doorstep. Mundsley is a lovely village, very friendly and an easy walk from the cottage. It was an ideal location for us to explore the area.

Perfect location for the beach few minutes walk. Nice pub within 5 minutes walk. If your there when it's dark nights a touch would help. Everything spotless, comfortable beds, TV with DVD player, lots of games books and jigsaws dvds. Remember no WiFi but I'm sure it's not a problem for most people.
