Set on the outskirts of the site, you'll find peace and tranquillity, and with a spacious double and two twins there's plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy, or even a group of friends. Within the development you'll find plenty to entertain you during your stay - so much so, it'll be tough to leave. Ebony Barn is lovely with plenty of storage and room for 6 people. The decor is high standard and it is well equipped. The games room is great and the area is very peaceful. The property was very clean. Definitely would return here.

Very clean full of equipment for the kitchen. Friendly staff on site nice and relaxing park . A nice touch with the milk bread and butter and lovely cookies too. I would definitely give it 5* and I will be re booking for next year.

The accommodation itself is lovely, however as mentioned by others it is positioned right next to the road. The outside terrace overlooks the parking area and sales office. So if a view is important to you I'd suggest one on the clifftops. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole place is only a short drive into Mundesley. Lovely lodge with luxury furnishings and bedding. Our party was four adults plus two small dogs. Plenty of space for us all plus a large outdoor seating area. We did dine out mostly but had we chosen to stay in the lodge there was everything we needed for homemade meals. The park was spotlessly clean and in a super location. We had a fabulous family weekend at Ebony Barn and will definitely book again.It was spotless and smelt clean and fresh when we walked through the door !It was spacious for our group of 5 adults and a dog ,and the addition of the welcome food items was a nice touch !

We had a great week staying in Ebony Barn. Kitchen well kitted out with everything we needed and the cookies, milk, bread etc were much appreciated. Clean and comfortable property. Lovely quiet site 10mins walk from the beach, which was great for dog walks. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

My husband and I, along with our friends, stayed at this lovely cottage, and it was incredibly cozy. We cooked some delicious meals and had a wonderful time together. The rooms were charming, and we had a restful night's sleep each night. Overall, it was a week well spent, and I highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great location in Mundesley and for getting around to other places easily. We loved our various day trips - to Cromer, Norfolk Broads, Wells, the steam railway and days at the beach. Barn ok not great for price, access road next to barn very annoying, not noted in any comments, some maintenance team very rude, (in blue shirt) please and thank you go along way. The 10 minute costal path to beach ok, but not elderly, pushchair or wheelchair friendly (dont try it with either), and the alternative route on the road not great as youRead more have to use road no pavement, on country road very tight for two cars so you have to take life in you hands. We had a lovely holiday, beach, beach gardens and children's park were great, slope to the beach was challenging but thankfully we had hired a beach hut so didn't have to carry toys and chairs up and down. Accommodation of a high standard looking out on to fields. Cliff top walk to beach not suitable for young children.

This is a barn, not a cottage. The interior is excellent, however, internet connection is really poor and the beach is only accessible via a cliff top walk into the town, not direct from the village

Hi. Lovely accommodation. One of two comments. A small single wardrobe in bedroom 2 would be helpful, nowhere to hang clothes. A small set of drawers in bedroom one. Twin bed mattresses a little uncomfortable ?? springs going. We had a lovely break and the position was excellent. Nice touch with the welcome pack of milk, bread, butter etc.

This property was very nicely furnished and it was great that there were 2 parking spaces. There is not alot to do on the actual site itself but that did not bother us as we were out exploring.

Ebony Barn is beautiful. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are also really nice. On a nice quiet site, with very friendly staff. Grandson enjoyed the games room. Fantastic place to get cozy in with the family and pups. Kitchen was great to cook in and had lovely bread, butter and milk waiting for us. View from the cliffs which is a 5 min walk away are spectacular. Check in was easy and great communication with the hosts.
