Lovingly renovated, Forge Cottage provides a cosy home-from-home in the quaint Norfolk village of Weybourne. The traditional end terrace property has been finished with modern furnishings throughout. With three generous bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, there's plenty of space for the whole family. There's even an enclosed garden so the kids can play outside and breathe in the fresh country air.

Just a few steps away you'll find the village pub - a great spot to chat with the locals and discover their tips on the area. The beach is also a short stroll, as well as the village shop and an art gallery that's well worth visiting. From the top of Muckleborough Hill, you'll enjoy far-reaching views of the coast and the steam railway.

Adjacent to Weybourne lies Sheringham Park (3 miles), a spectacular landscape park and woodland garden with coastal footpaths stretching for miles. Take a picnic and enjoy the views from the gazebo and towers. Or explore the North Norfolk Coastal Path, which starts 8 miles away in Cromer and runs for 45 miles to Hunstanton - a route so striking even the kids will love it!

This is a lovely, very well-equipped cottage in a prime location, with comfortable beds and seating and good parking. The kitchen has all mod cons and is well stocked with cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc. The big drawback is that there is no broadband connection. Also, make sure you bring stocks of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, milk, bread, cRead moreoffee, etc. with you, because there will be little here. Easy access to the beach, Holt, Cromer, etc. Hide

The downstairs shower room could do with a good clean, dust on radiator & skirting, shower mat stained. Dirty blue mugs, dish washer needs salt & rinse aid. Lounge curtain hold back falling off wall. Stair & landing carpet heavily stained. Upstairs bathroom shower head needs descaling, dirty skirting, shower screen base green, bath mat falling aparRead moret. Standards have definitely dropped this year, very disappointing. Hide

This was our third time at Forge Cottage and was perfect as always. Having 2 dogs, the garden was completely enclosed and safe. The beautiful shingle beach was literally a 10 minutes walk away. Ample parking and the cottage itself very clean and had everything. A lovely pub next door a bonus!

Great location next door to The Ship Inn and opposite a village cafe/store which sold all the basics plus alcohol. A stroll away Weybourne beach and close to other villages (e.g. Wells) and sandy beaches. Parking was easy. Inside very well equipped and comfortable beds but it could have been cleaner (lot of cobwebs, dusty floors and some dirty skirRead moreting). Plenty of hot water & good showers. Nice garden outside for the dog but furniture was rusty and it was a bit overgrown). Hide

Fantastic Cottage, spotlessly clean with all that you could wish for. Lovely outside area for an afternoon glass of wine and a game of scrabble. This was our 10th visit and is always good. Great location and short walk to beach. Lovely walks over cliff tops. Weybourne is a good central point for touring north Norfolk coast.

Great pub next door which also does a take away menu snd lovely shop and tea shop opposite which sells most essentials and does great coffee and croissants! Highly recommended.
