Bright and airy with spacious rooms and outdoor seating leading onto a large garden, the property is perfect for smaller families anytime of the year. Please note that the stairs in the cottage are steep, so may not be suitable for the elderly or very young.
The village has everything you'd need for a typical English seaside holiday, with a good pub with Wi-Fi, fish and chip shop, post office and a handy local convenience shop. Further amenities are available just down the road in Great Yarmouth, just 9 miles away.
The beach at Winterton is particularly special, with sandy dunes and miles of wide open space. The sandy dunes are a nature reserve classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty and is an ideal spot for bird watchers and walkers. Just north of Winterton, a colony of grey seals live and can be regularly seen basking on the beach or popping their heads above the waves.
