Just a few miles from the stunning Norfolk coast, this delightful annex has a light, bright feel, and sits in the heart of a pretty village, making it a perfect base for enjoying this lovely region.

Little Green is a well-appointed, self-contained and detached annexe at the centre of Thorpe Market, overlooking its delightful village green. Little Green is perfect for young families and is 4 miles inland from the east coast of Norfolk. Popular pubs, The Gunton Arms and the Vernon Arms, also Roughton, with its post office, general store, farm shop and petrol station are all under 2 miles away.

This appealing property has an open-plan social area with a vaulted ceiling. The lounge-kitchen has a light feel, with a mixture of primary and neutral coloured furnishings. You will love its private patio area and BBQ, together with an outdoor playset for kids. If you are going to the beach, you are also welcome to make use of the beach kit including buckets, spades and windbreaks provided.

Little Green is only 4 miles from the beach at Cromer and 6 miles from Mundesley's blue flag beach. As well as the coast, the property is close to the many National Trust properties in the area including Felbrigg and Blickling Halls, and the Norfolk Broads are also nearby for boat trips and pubs by the river.

A cozy, clean and modern cottage with every comfort, which we were very happy to return to each day, after walking or sightseeing. Linda, one of the owners, is extremely helpful if needed. We had a fabulous weeks holiday and I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely accommodation to stay in, great location, convenient to access lots of areas of Norfolk, plenty to do and see within a short drive. We had a lovely time at the cottage. It's close to Cromer and Sherringham but quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. And we had a lovely little patio outside all to ourselves. We will definitely be back again.

We had a great week here, it was quiet, clean and charming and close to many beaches and good restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to friends and stay here again.

Great location for visiting north Norfolk - Cromer, Blickling estate etc - with the benefit of being a little out of the way from other holiday makers and with dedicated parking. Friendly hosts who were available if needed but left us to it. Comfy and clean. Small but everything we needed. Kids loved the garden with swings/slide.

We were looking for somewhere to relax and recharge, and defiantly found that here. The cottage was very well equipped for all our needs, and the owners were very friendly and helpful, and always on hand if needed. This cottage is very well located to visit the many beautiful places in this part of Norfolk, and was a great base to travel from. Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coast and countryside. Super quiet, neat and clean inside with all you need. Beds super comfy. We had a fabulous time.

The beds and sofas were comfy. The kitchen is well equipped The village is well located for touring North Norfolk but has no facilities at all. Farm shop about 2 miles away on the Roughton Road and a Spar and petrol station in Roughton about 4 miles. Parking at the property was easy. Lovely, cosy cottage. Just right for a couple or a couple with two children or two further adults. Easy access to Cromer, Sheringham, the Broads, etc. We enjoyed a great week there, despite the poor weather!

We enjoyed returning to The Green each evening, and would have liked the outside area in warmer weather. The shower was good, bed comfy and we appreciated the kitchen facilities, TV and information leaflets. Lovely little cottage conversion. The location was perfect only 10/15mins drive to the nearest seaside town of Cromer & about 10 minutes drive to our favourite beach Mundesley. Really nice and comfortable cottage, ideal for two people. The owners, Linda and Andy, are very friendly and are always available if needed. Thoroughly recommend a visit to Horsey Gap (for the seals) and Fairhaven Gardens and Water Park. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well equipped, comfortable. and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend as plenty of places to visit and some lovely places to eat.
