No 3 Malthouse Court in the coastal village of Thornham, is a spacious terraced cottage built approximately 20 years ago in traditional brick and chalk lump (clunch) style. As part of a conversion of former farm buildings it really shines with character. The property has been tastefully furnished to make a comfortable 'home from home'. Inside feels spacious and airy with plenty of living space to spend time as a family or group of friends.

Sit out in the pleasant garden surrounded by beautiful shrubs and small trees. Parking for two cars is off road behind the garden. Located not far from the Home Dunes natural nature reserve, Thornham marsh and close to the Norfolk Coastal path, there is so much to see right on your doorstep. Take time out from sight-seeing to sample the delights of the local dishes at nearby The Orange Tree Inn and Restaurant, The Chequers Inn or pick up some nibbles at the Thornham Deli.

14 miles away, experience the splendour of Sandringham Estate with its fascinating house, museum and garden or if it's near Christmas, take the family hound to Dersingham in the hope that he might get a whiff of royalty – rumoured to be the place they celebrate at Christmas.

It was a lovely, homely cottage, which was easy to relax in. It was extremely well equipped - even for kiddie entertainment! It felt like someone's well-loved home, rather than a holiday let. The parking was great - very handy for packing and unpacking, especially with small children in tow. We would certainly return.

Lovely clean and spacious property. Well equipped. Dog friendly rear garden (brick all the way round). Parking for one car (and probably two with a bit of close parking). The property faces onto the A149, but this is generally quiet and we didn't find it intrusive.
