Rose Cottage is a traditional semi-detached cottage dating from the 18th century which has been beautifully renovated and offers comfortable, well presented accommodation retaining many traditional features. Ideal for a family of four, the cottage has two first-floor bedrooms - a refreshingly decorated double and charming twin bedroom with expansive views. It has a good sized enclosed back garden with views over the playing field and pinewoods beyond.

The local store and supermarket are both within a short drive – under 4 miles - ensuring essentials are within easy reach. The home is just up the road from the village pub and is only a short drive to the beach and North Norfolk coast - ensuring you're kept busy with plenty of opportunities for day trips out!

Similarly, Rose Cottage is just a short 3 miles to the bustling village of Walsingham. A fascinating and gorgeous place to visit, Walsingham is a hub of historic intrigue being home to the ruins of two medieval monastic houses and other historic buildings. Or, explore Holkham Hall (5 miles), a magnificent stately home with rolling parkland and a host of attractions and events.

Brilliant cottage for a week away, very warm and comfortable to return to after a day on the Norfolk coast. The enclosed garden at the front and back of the cottage was perfect for our dogs.

A beautiful cottage, well renovated and maintained while keeping all its original features. An ideal base to explore Norfolk and a warm and comfortable base to return to. Would certainly recommend.

Please be careful of the stairs varnished and slippy.Deep step from lounge to kitchen.Enclosed rear garde n safe for children and dogs .Oil fired central heating kept us lovely and warm. We had a lovely meal at the Parlour in Binham and the Carpenters arms just a short walk down the road. Rose cottage is lovely ideal for a weeks stay.

Perfect cottage. 2nd time staying here. It works well for us with our 2 dogs with the enclosed garden. Has everything you need for a weeks break. There is a local pub ( dog friendly) but it is closed 2 days a week. The nearest shop (co-op) is in Wells which is 2 miles away, or a few other supermarkets abit further away. The location was a perfect bRead morease for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave Hide

Cosy comfortable cottage with off road parking, quiet, quaint village location, good base to explore North Norfolk. Secure rear garden making ideal for dogs & children alike.

This is a lovely charming cottage in a great location but it needs an upgrade in various areas. The beds were seriously challenging to sleep on. The kitchen needs to be more holistically equipped. Eg it only had five cups for tea. Also if you are planing or need to work there be aware the Internet is only 5MBPS which isn't enough for teams.

A pretty cottage surrounded by different roses and colourful garden borders. Very comfortable, unpretentious interior with very adequate equipment. We were four and there was good space although two single beds in one bedroom would not suit everyone. We had a lovely stay.

Well situated and well renovated cottage with good facilities and adequate parking. Walking distance to Wells but also a regular bus service.
