Rosemary Cottage is a very pretty 200-year-old traditional, end of terrace cottage tucked into a quiet road in the village of Syderstone. The cottage has been completely renovated to provide a tastefully modern living space, whilst retaining traditional features which give the property that real cottage feel. With two first-floor bedrooms - a double and twin bedroom - that imbue the rustic charm, but similarly embrace a homely comfort, it is perfect for a family getaway.

Take a short trip through the attractive Syderstone Village, the pub only a short walk from Rosemary Cottage and a perfect excuse to marvel at the village's charming cottages and the stunning expanse of distant fields and hills. The local shop and supermarket are less than a 5- mile drive, ensuring you have all of your holiday necessities.

The cottage is within easy reach of the Sandringham Estate (12 miles), and the stately homes of Houghton (7 miles) and Holkham (8 miles). Highly recommended and presenting a fascinating day trip out, these homes are a host of history, stunning landscapes and activity

  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Rosemary cottage is lovely! Peaceful location with a beautiful garden - perfect for dining outside or a quiet morning cuppa. Comfy beds and living room. All you need in the kitchen. You can get fresh yeast from Bircham Windmill if you feel like baking your own bread! PYO plums on the way to Holkham are spectacular. Perfect cottage with gorgeous, private and safe for dogs garden. Very well equipped and very cosy yet spacious. Within easy reach of many places including great beaches. Hired a beach hut at Wells-next-the-sea, recommend it! Lovely stay all round

Rosemary Cottage is a lovely place to stay. Very well equipped, comfortable, quality furnishings and a pretty garden. We enjoyed lighting the log burner for a cosy evening in. Highly recommended for easy access to the North Norfolk coast.

Rosemary cottage is a very pretty cottage with a lovely little enclosed garden with a seating area which is perfect for sitting having breakfast in the morning. We found the cottage well equipped and comfortable. The parking area is good, being right next to the cottage, although there is also roadside parking available too. We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage had everything we needed and more. Would recommend a stay here, quiet central for coastal and inland attractions.

Charming..Cosy..Comfortable .far beyond expectations. Extremely well equipped kitchen..couldnt ask for more utensils. Perfect location and a treat to have the nearby common to enjoy the early morning walks with the dog among the deer and songbirds. If I could find a negative I would. Best cottage we have had the pleasure to spend time in. 10/10

This cottage is lovely. I have never stayed in a property that has a kitchen as well equipped as Rosemary Cottage. The owners have thought about everything so you don't have to. I thought it was lovely that there were fresh flowers too. Well done Rosemary Cottage - it was quite sad leaving you.

A relaxing stay at the cottage which has a pretty garden with plenty of walking from the doorstep and short drives to coast/other places/shops. Location & Nearby places particularly good for wildlife watching , history , lovely scenery and good food. Excellent for star gazing too.

Wonderful, very comfortable and clean cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was working reliably - including the heating and the wifi. The garden is small but very pretty and private. Syderstone is well situated to explore northwest Norfolk. Wells next the Sea, Holkam and Houghton Hall are just around the corner. The cottage was very clean with a superbly well stocked kitchen. It was warm and cosy. Main bedroom was really big with plenty of storage. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was large. Shower cubicle was spacious. Location ideal for accessing other locations/areas. cottage situated in a quiet area. Would certainly return again.

I loved everything about Rosemary Cottage and had a wonderful relaxing week. I've been visiting North West Norfolk for nearly 30 years and found Syderstone a perfect location, within 15 minutes' drive of many of my favourite places and with pleasant walks on the doorstep. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this lovely property.
