Situated at the end of the main street in the delightful town of Wells-next-the-Sea, leading straight from the quay, this newly built apartment provides a perfect base for a comfortable stay in the popular seaside resort. It is a light and airy holiday apartment on the first floor and has the advantage of off road parking.
There is a local supermarket, a pub and a restaurant just a few steps away, a traditional chemist, a good butcher plus many other interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The highlight of the town has to be its steam railway which will take you straight from Wells along to the inland village of Welsingham, taking in gorgeous countryside on the way.
The seaside town is a very popular central base for holiday makers looking for a central location to explore this lovely part of the Norfolk coastline. You can take a day trip to Brancaster (9 miles), Blakeney (8 miles) and Thornham (13 miles) or visit the National Trust Blakeney National Nature Reserve 5 miles away. Further afield is the queen's Norfolk residence of Sandringham, 20 miles from the town and a great day out.
