Set in the pretty rural village of Sedgeford, Victoria House is the recipient of the love and attention of its interior decorator owner. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Perfect for a family stay, the house presents five luxurious bedrooms; a comfortable drawing room with wood burner stove; large kitchen with a range cooker, and a cosy snug area with French doors leading out into the garden. Outside is a pleasant patio area for when the weather's warm.

The village of Sedgeford is friendly and peaceful; the house is within short walking distance of the King William pub which serves good food. It is close to the town of Heacham (2.5 miles) where you'll find a beach, shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as the popular Lavender Farm attraction.

For supermarkets look no further than Hunstanton (also home to a Sea Life Centre, golf course and beach) at 5 miles away, and for the best of Norfolk's stately homes (and their events), Sandringham and Houghton Hall are within 10 miles, and Holkham Hall is 13 miles away.

Lovely spacious house with a great garden, very well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for our party of 9 adults and 2 toddlers (with lots of toys for the little ones!)

Excellent accommadation. Plenty of space and more than adequate facilities. Thoroughly enjoyable for all concerned, with a lovely pub along the road and plenty to do and see in the area. Would highly recommend.

Two of our party are allergic to feathers but we moved a few cushion and swapped a couple of pillows around so no real problem. The cottage is very well equipped and is ideal for cooking family meals and eating round the large dining table, there is a nice homely feel to the cottage, there is also a nice outlook with horses in the field,,and buzzarRead moreds, kites aplenty overhead . A wonderful, spacious house perfect for a birthday gathering of adults and children. Amazing toys at the house which kept the kids entertained all weekend. Lovely and cosy, well appointed and equipped. Gorgeous wildlife spotted from the garden. Bring some milk with you though as no walkable shop and none on arrival.

This is a really lovely property in a perfect location for exploring. It was well equipped and our family of 10 had plenty of space to chill in the huge open plan kitchen, dining, living space. We never needed to use the formal drawing room or dining room which were also really lovely. Having the large utility space was perfect too.

Victoria House ticks all the boxes, the location is excellent, the facilities great, especially the kitchen! The owners have thought of everything you might need for a family holiday. Highly recommend this property. We will certainly book again!

Really enjoyed the feeling of home, rather than holiday home. Super house in a lovely location. Well equipped and plenty of fridge space for food and drinks. Excellent outdoor space and big table for dining. We used the formal dining room for a diner party and the chef complemented the kitchen. Lots to do and see, short drive to beaches and the marRead moreshes, super pubs and eating places. Even managed with my electric car to charge without difficulty. Absolutely brilliant. All facilities and equipment were excellent, there was nothing we wanted for. The two fridges were a real bonus, drinks in one and food in the other. Plenty of space and families / age groups could stay apart if needed. Some nice walks / running routes nearby and the barn owl and red kite flying above made it more memorable. IRead moref you do run / walk early youll see deer, hares and all sorts of fowl out and about. Very dog friendly as well. Excellent. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at this property, 4 adults and 3 children- there was more than enough room and we could have had more to stay. Lovely garden which the children enjoyed played in. Short drive to lovely beaches. The children enjoyed the toys and games.

A fabulous cottage which comfortably accommodated the 10 in our party. Beautifully furnished for a holiday let. 2 great sitting rooms and a large and practical kitchen. Lots of cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses. The outdoor space is good with fabulous views. We parked 4 cars easily. Lots of space for three families to comfortably stay, really nice location convenient for beaches, walks etc. Loads of equipment in the kitchen and a really nice garden for children to play in. We'll definitely be back!

I rented this property over Christmas 2022 for a family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children - 7 and 3 according to holiday cottages rules. It was ideal for us: plenty of room; the king-size bed was very comfy; kitchen was well equipped; and the price was reasonable compared with the ridiculous prices some owners wanted.
