The cottage was lovely. Had everything you could possibly want. Really Secure for the two dogs, we had easy access into Cromer and other seaside villages Had a wonderful time and would recommend this cottage just to be aware though the bathroom is Downstairs, but I never found a problem

Good space outside and inside, short distance from Mundersley and other areas. All of the beaches we visited were fab and enjoyed by teenagers, young children and the dogs. We had a great holiday which was really helped by amazing weather. The cottage was a great base and had everything we needed.

The cleanliness is excellent. Most holiday cottages are not as well thought out - finally enough room for food and lots of mugs! Mostly though - the hilltop walk to Overstrand beach was great; Cromer was lovely - download the treasure trail if you have children. Thanks from Dan, Kelly, James & Darcey

Took my family to this cottage and it was fantastic. Large enclosed garden for our two dogs. Plenty of space for the kids to play in and around the cottage. We did an Easter egg hunt in the garden. The playhouse was just right for the boys with a variety of clean and friendly games for them. Good location for visiting the many different beaches and villages, driveway is quite tight onto a busy road, someone to guide you out helps. No public house within walking distance, although we discovered that the nearest campsite has a lovely bar and restaurant thats open to all; only half a mile away.
