Acorn Annex gave us a lovely week's holiday - conveniently located for visiting the coast and other places of interest. Our hosts, Chris and Tina, were very friendly and helpful - and Sally our greyhound had a great time too!

Having booked self-catering accommodation over many years, this is the best property we have visited. It is very clean and well-equipped. The location is remarkable in that it is quiet and near to quiet lanes, yet so close to the facilities of North Walsham and many interesting places. The large garden is full of colour and birdlife and is very welRead morel enclosed for the safety of your dog. Being single-storey, the building is great for older humans and dogs! The facilities are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and everything is of a very high standard. A welcome of tea, coffee and milk was a lovely gesture from the owners. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Acorn Annex.

Had the most amazing, relaxing, comfortable week at Acorn Annexe. The cottage is very comfortable and well laid out, has everything we needed down to washing up liquid. Comfortable, clean and relaxing. The gardens are beautifully kept and a treat to look onto. The hosts, Chris and Tina, are very attentive to all your needs and made us feel very welcome. A wonderfully relaxing place to spend some time and the town itself was a nice place to host.

Warm and friendly welcome had everything which we needed well kept and beautiful garden which our dog loved. Ideal base for walking and only 10 minutes to some wonderful sandy beaches with dog friendly areas. Just what was needed for a relax and unwind.

Very nice accommodation, clean tidy, all you need in the kitchen. Lovely big garden front and rear. Norwich is only 25 mins away. We had a great stay here. Would recommend to all.

We have used holiday cottages for many years and as every time we were not disappointed. This property was excellent. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make this property the best. The gardens which you can enjoy are beautiful. Although the property is attached to the main house the owners are not intrusive.

Chris and Tine were very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. The Annexe is located in a quiet location and ideal for visiting North Norfolk and the Broads. The property is excellent, very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, with plenty of room for our large boxer. The Acorn Annexe is beautiful. Large light and airy and very comfortable. It was an ideal place to stay as within easy reach of all the coastal beaches. Unfortunately due to a problem with our car we were confined to home until sorted, however, I couldn't think of a better place to be stranded. We had a February visit which was lovely and cosy very well equipped and good base for visiting North Norfolk without the crowds , but would love to come back in the summer, to appreciate the garden, loved watching , the birds and had a visit from a woodpecker and heard an owl when we came home most nights , truly a hidden gem.
