The historic village of Harpley is nestled between Norwich and Fakenham in the heart of the verdant Norfolk countryside. Running west of the village, join up with the Peddars Way trail on foot or two wheels to get lost in the enchanting coastline, heathland and nature reserves that this area is famous for. Built for Britain’s first Prime Minister, explore the impressive Houghton Hall 2.5 miles away, and its extensive parkland and award-winning walled garden. The King’s estate of Sandringham is only 7 miles away, offering miles of parkland for leisurely walks, and the Sandringham Courtyard Shop where you can pick up some artisan local produce.

We had a wonderful week at Millstone Cottage. A beautiful place with so much character. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for families, We created some great memories. Thank you. Five stars

This is a really lovely cottage decorated and furnished to a high standard. Plenty of room and nicely laid out. Back garden fenced off so we always felt our dog was safe. Could not fault anything.

What a beautiful cottage! Spotlessly clean. We spent a long weekend here, whilst visiting family. Julie welcomed us on arrival, and everything we could possibly need was there for us. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, such a cosy sitting room, and a lovely large dining table for the family get together. Perfect cottage made a perfect weekend. WoulRead mored highly recommend. This was a lovely and homely cottage with very good amenities in beautiful countryside. It is a short drive to shops and other amenities. We felt very welcomed and it was very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again.

A Beautiful cottage set in a very peaceful setting. We had an amazing stay here, celebrating 2 birthdays . The cottage is tastefully decorated , stylish with top quality equipment. Comfortable bedrooms with stunning views . Open plan downstairs with comfy sofas and a dining table to seat 8. Everything that we needed for our celebrations was there aRead morend available. Booked both cottages for the whole family. We used Millstone cottage as our main entertainment with two couples only using next door as a base to sleep and shower. The cottage was big enough to have 9 people watching a movie and we could all eat together on the long dining table & benches.
