Step into this enchanting cottage, where a side entrance from the parking area leads you into the hallway with plenty of space to shed your coats and shoes. The open-plan lounge/diner welcomes you with its exposed wooden beams and a warming wood burner, creating an inviting atmosphere in which to relax after a day of seaside fun. Sink into the comfortable sofas and gather around the dining table, set for seven, perfect for evenings filled with delicious meals and lively games. The country cottage-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a storm, and the ground floor also features a convenient utility room. Upstairs, you'll find four inviting bedrooms – two doubles, one twin, and a single, all well-presented with ample storage space. The family bathroom is also located on this floor, ready and waiting to soak tired legs at the end of the day. Venture outside and enjoy the fresh sea air in the peaceful garden, where you'll find plenty of seating for al fresco meals or a sundowner or two!

Located in the heart of the picturesque and peaceful village of Sea Palling, this charming cottage is the ideal base for guests looking to enjoy the beauty of the Norfolk coastline. Take a stroll through the dunes and marvel at the breathtaking views of the coast and countryside. If you're travelling with a canine companion, bring them along for an invigorating walk on the golden sands. The village also boasts a variety of amenities and delectable eateries, all within a mile of home. Take a trip to Horsey Gap, 4 miles away, where you might catch a glimpse of the local seals during winter. Alternatively, head to the town of Stalham, 4 miles west, and embark on an adventure on the Norfolk Broads or indulge in some great shopping, market delights, and delicious meals.

We absolutely loved Rosemary cottage; it was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is in a superb location particularly if you are staying with dogs. There are multiple walks from the doorstep and the enclosed outside area is a bonus. Loved the books and photos providing history of the area, and looking out for mice (not real ones)!. Fantastic stay at this cottage over New Year. The extra touches of Christmas tree/ decorations , tea/ coffee, dog bowls, biscuits/ wine , dishwasher/ washing tablets etc all enhance a beautiful cottage . Will definitely visit again .

The cottage was perfectly situated for the beautiful beach. Fixtures & fittings inside were comfortable, convenient and looked great too. There was everything we needed for a lovely stay including great kitchen equipment and extras like dishwasher tablets, beach toys and hairdryers too. Everything had been thought of. Lovely cottage, great interior furnishings, well equipped and very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the coast and the Broads & just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great week and would definitely return to Rosemary Cottage.

This is a wonderful location and we could just take the children and the dog and walk on the beach - watching seals and swimming in the sea. The cottage is lovely with all the right amenities as well as parking.

The cottage was perfect for our needs and was well equipped for our group of seven although the fourth bedroom was a genuine single and not suitable for an elderly person due to headroom.. The garden to the rear consists of pebbles and has a table and benches. Perfect location for a beach holiday in Sea Palling

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Thank you for such a nice stay. The nearby beach and dunes gave us lots of options for a variety of walks. Seeing the seals on the beach which was a short drive away was a particular highlight.

Excellent property. Very comfortable and well maintained. Our multi aged family group were all very happy with the facilities provided. The house is only a short walk away from a super sandy beach, which was loved by our 4 and 6 year olds. The local shop is also very close by. The property is also close to the Broads. The cottage had ample room for us all. Nice to stay somewhere that has comfortable sofas for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were delighted that within 5 mins walk we could be on the beautiful beach. Stunning area with seals to watch. Great place for a NYE with friends and the dogs.
