Discover this elegant two-storey property located in a pretty conservation area in the quiet village of Foulsham. It is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday, and is a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, only 10 miles from the edge of the North Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is a lovely 4-mile walk around this historic village.

This beautifully presented cottage was originally accommodation for two workers on the Lord Hastings Estate and you will immediately notice many original features, which have been stylishly fused with a contemporary twist. On the ground floor, there is a cosy lounge with a striking fireplace and wood burner for cooler evenings. This is a lovely place to socialise or unwind while watching the Smart TV. Adjacent to the lounge is the modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare family favourites in no time. A dining table by the window is the perfect spot to linger over dinner. There is a cosy area with a desk, for those looking for a quiet place to use a computer or read a book. The ground floor is completed by a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are three lovely bedrooms - a king-size, a twin and a single - and a family bathroom. Outside, there is a lawned area and a patio with a purpose-built gazebo with a table and chairs, ideal for those who like to drink or dine alfresco. There is also a games room, with a pool table and dart board, for you to have competitive fun with friends or family on a rainy day.

Nearby attractions include Blickling Hall (13 miles), a Jacobean house set in formal parkland, perfect for history lovers, or Eaton Park (18 miles) is a great family day out with its miniature railway and boating lake. Explore the North Norfolk coastline and visit Cromer (20 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (18 miles), or take a boat trip to Blakeney Point (16 miles) to visit the country's largest grey seal colony.

Lovely cottage including a fully enclosed back garden with both lawned and gravel areas that our dog loved. Everything you likely need is in the property which is centrally located in Foulsham and within 3 minutes walk to the village pub.
