It’s located within a holiday park with on-site facilities including a gym, a lake and a coffee shop for you to enjoy. Absorb your surroundings on the large grassy lawns and take leisurely walks within the wooded grounds, followed by delicious home-cooked meals on your sunny patio. The accommodation is fantastic for a relaxing family trip, with space for up to six guests over its three bedrooms.

The property offers comfortable open plan living with a modern kitchen, restful lounge and pleasant dining area all in the same space. After busy days exploring the cobbled streets of pretty King’s Lynn (4 miles), sink into one of the inviting sofas and watch a film on the Smart TV. Keen chefs will love prepping meals in the well-equipped kitchen then serving them up for sociable family dinners. Thanks to a generous number of windows, you’ll be able to enjoy the peaceful rural views wherever you are in the bungalow.

You’ll have plenty of pubs, restaurants and independent shops in King’s Lynn, where there’s a market on Tuesdays for picking up local produce. There’s so much for the curious visitor to discover nearby, whether that’s going on safari at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve (3 miles) or admiring the house and gardens at Sandringham Royal Estate (10 miles). When the sea air calls, you’ll find lovely beaches at Snettisham and Hunstanton, both within 20 miles. In the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which starts 13.5 miles away, nature lovers can immerse themselves in a landscape of coastal marshes and sand dunes.

Fantastic stay at Hay's Wood Retreat. The clean lodge, beds made and towels provided. The TV is too high up but all other amenities provided. Heating is via airsource heat pump and underfloor heating. Shower is excellent but only in the ensuite. Location is perfect, middle of nowhere and very quiet. Parking outside each lodge and paved access to thRead moree property. Beds and sofas are ok. EV charging but only 3.6kW . Faster EV charging 3.5miles away. Good for families & groups. Modern well equipped cabin, open plan living with stylish decor. Beautiful countryside views and walking trails. It will look lovely when Hayswood Retreat is finished, the new luxury cabins will have hot tubs.

Beautiful properties in a stunning location. Stylishly decorated with gorgeous bathrooms. A great location to explore the area but you do need a car. The site is still being developed with more cabins being built but this didnt interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend and would definately stay again.

Luxury Modern, spacious, contemporary well equipped lodges, the lodges are well spaced out. More than met our expectations. Perfect escapism, lots of trails on your doorstep. It was lovely sitting outside in the evening, peace and tranquility. Great for spotting Wildlife, woodpeckers, large birds of prey. The Lodge was fine everything you would need in kitchen two bathrooms which was fine and good space between lodges and warm.
