The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a delight, whether you are preparing a comforting family meal or a romantic dinner for two. There is also a convenient, modern family bathroom downstairs. Heading up onto the first floor, there are two king-size bedrooms, one of which has a breath taking view of the dunes, and the other can be made up as twin beds if required. There is also a cosy single bedroom and an additional cloakroom with WC.

What truly sets this holiday home apart is its proximity to the stunning Winterton Dunes, known for their expansive golden sands and rugged beauty. Exiting through the gate to the rear of the cottage, you are immediately on the path out towards the beach. Feel the crisp sea breeze on your face, and take in the panoramic coastal views. Experience the thrill of spotting seals basking on the sandbanks and a myriad of bird species gracing the skies. Immediately at the back of the cottage, there is a decked area and summer house with comfortable seating. At the front of the property there is an enclosed lawned area as well as a shed for bike storage.
